At Glow Elevate, every order is handled with precision and care. All research-grade peptides are fulfilled from our USA-based facility and dispatched with discreet, professional packaging. We hold ourselves to the same rigorous standard in logistics as we do in formulation.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with a carrier link. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination.
Shipping Options (Continental US)
All products are shipped as research compounds for laboratory use only. Glow Elevate is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or customs clearance processes for international orders.
Glow Elevate currently ships to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated international delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Glow Elevate cannot be held liable for packages held or seized at customs.

Due to the nature of our research compounds and strict quality-control protocols, all sales are final unless the following conditions apply:
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation by emailing support@glowelevate.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, partially used, stored improperly, or returned without prior authorisation. Refunds for approved claims will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt and inspection.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and building management, then contact us at Glow@glowelevate.com. We are not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as missing.
