Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Glow Elevate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
